The terms and conditions of sale for transactions conducted on normic.it are listed below.
Please consider and read these conditions carefully and print a copy for future reference before purchasing a product.
All product purchase contracts, concluded through the aforementioned site and according to the procedures indicated below, between the seller and the buyer, will be governed by these General Conditions. The conditions contained in this document may be modified without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the site.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The contract stipulated between Normic & Cars S.r.l.s. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Normic & Cars S.r.l.s. Such acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various foreseen ways, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general sales conditions, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.

Prices

All prices on the site are to be considered retail prices and, therefore, include VAT. Normic & Cars S.r.l.s. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
Packaging is included in the price; and Normic & Cars S.r.l.s. reserves the right to promote special offers with discounts and temporary price reductions.

Sales contracts stipulated outside commercial premises are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code) and, where applicable, the provisions of Legislative Decree 09/04/2033, n. 70, which provide for the buyer's right to exercise the right of withdrawal. These rules apply to natural persons, i.e., consumers, who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 
The consumer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the products purchased on the site are delivered, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.

Purchase methods

The Customer can only purchase the products present in the normic.it electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and visible at normic.it as described in the relative information sheets. 
The technical information included on the normic.it site faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturer of the goods included in the catalog. Normic & Cars S.r.l.s. therefore, reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to adapt them to those provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice. 
It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in color, size, and accessory products present in the figure. All information supporting the purchase is to be understood as simple generic informative material, not referable to the real characteristics of each individual product.

Order receipt is confirmed by normic.it via an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the Date and Time the order was placed and a 'Customer Order Number' to be used in all further communications with www.normic.it. The message reiterates all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, www.normic.it guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

Payments

The following payment cards are accepted:

No computer archive of normic.it contains, stores, or otherwise processes your payment card data. In no case can Normic & Cars S.r.l.s. therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards and related data contained therein by third parties, at the time of payment for products purchased on the normic.it online shop.

Exclusion of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not intact and in their original packaging. 
In the case of software products that require activation with the manufacturer, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the software has not been registered with the manufacturer. 
In the case of promotional sales of combined products, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by returning both goods subject to the purchase, given the accessory nature of the promotional good with respect to the first.

Return of goods

The return request must be sent by registered letter with return receipt within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods to the following address: Normic Srl - Via G.Galilei 123/A 35020 Albignasego (PD) - Italy.

The communication can also be sent, within the same term, by telegram, e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

In the request, which must be signed and dated by the buyer, it is necessary to indicate the details of the shipping document, the list of items to be returned and the bank details on which to obtain the refund.

After obtaining the return authorization code from the normic.it Customer Service, it is necessary to place the goods, complete with any accessories, in their original wrapper.

This wrapper must then be packed in such a way as to protect it from any damage, writing or alteration. Place the return authorization code and the order number in a clearly visible position on the packages.

Ship the goods at your own expense to the following address Normic srl, Via G.Galilei 123/A 35020 Albignasego (PD) – Italy. 

It is advisable to use a courier for this purpose, as the withdrawal procedure is only effective upon receipt of the goods.

Normic.it reserves the right to refuse goods received in the event of failure to comply with the procedure indicated above. 
The costs and risks of transport for the return are entirely borne by the buyer.

The shipment must be insured at the customer's expense against theft and transport damage for the value indicated in the purchase invoice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for any damage suffered by withholding it from the amounts to be reimbursed.

N.B.: The refund will only be made after having received and verified the integrity of the returned goods.


Refund processing times

Normic.it will refund the amount paid within a maximum of thirty days from the moment Normic.it becomes aware of the buyer's exercise of the right of withdrawal and upon receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal, by bank transfer. 
In compliance with the aforementioned Legislative Decree, only the shipping costs of the returned product remain at the customer's expense.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are calculated automatically when the cart is filled and depend on the value of the goods and the destination.

These General Conditions of Sale, pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 "Consumer Code, pursuant to article 7 of law 29 July 2003, n. 229" govern the sale of products through a distance selling system. 
This distance contract is defined according to art. 50 et seq., having as its object goods and services stipulated between a company and a consumer within a "online" sales system or distance service provision organized by the company which, for this contract, exclusively uses the website www.normic.it, as a remote communication technique until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself. In this case, it follows that this contract is identified as e-commerce, and defined as provided for by art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, implementing directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Warranty

All products sold by normic.it are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to DL 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice. 
The 24-month warranty pursuant to DL 24/02 applies to the product that presents a conformity defect, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.
This warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). 
In case of conformity defect, normic.it provides, at no cost to the Customer, for the restoration of the conformity of the product by repair/replacement or the reduction of the price, up to the termination of the contract.

normic.it guarantees that the products are manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications declared on the packaging, in the technical bulletins, instructions and user manuals. 
Without prejudice to the manufacturer's liability principles, normic.it's liability in the event of any product defect will be limited to the replacement, repair or refund of their price according to the methods and terms of the Civil Code, without prejudice to any derogatory provisions expressly indicated on the product packaging in the technical bulletins, instructions and user manuals. Furthermore, normic.it assumes no responsibility for damages that the buyer may suffer due to improper storage, custody, use of the products, if the latter has failed to scrupulously comply with the indications or instructions provided in any form by normic.it. 
Similarly, normic.it assumes no responsibility for any damages that the buyer's customers may suffer due to insufficient fulfillment of obligations towards them, with particular regard to consumer information obligations.

Limitations of Liability

The information contained in this site has been carefully reviewed and published in good faith as accurate information. 
However, normic.it assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies, errors or omissions that may be contained in these pages. In no case can normic.it be held responsible for delays, lost profits, direct, indirect, special or incidental damages resulting from any inaccuracy or omission of this catalog, even if warned of the responsibility for such damages. 
The design and material of the products marketed may be subject to changes without prior notice, photos have no contractual value.

Products and their use We assume no responsibility for their improper use.
Jurisdiction and applicable law The sales contract between the Customer and normic.it is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. 
For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Padua.
